Adult Residential Services
Our care team is comprised of professionals with major talent, exclusive skill sets, extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, backgrounds influenced by the study of medicine and in tune with the latest techniques and products. Independent living is made simpler with the upmost high quality convenient equipment for our residents such as Bed-Side Commodes, Remote Operated Beds, Various Dining Options and Dependent living is made simpler with the upmost skilled direct patient care with Hoyer Lifts, Stand Lifts, etc.
Children Residential Services
The Children’s Residential Program currently serves children and young adults, primarily between the ages of 16 and 20, in residential settings offering both high intensity services and a program model which prepares older adolescents for independent living.
The program provides valuable services which are home-like, safe, maximally integrated into the community, and tailored to each individual’s particular disability/challenge. CCG’s goal is to provide these youths with a rich, healthy environment, enabling them to fully develop in all facets of their lives as they prepare for adulthood.
Day Habilitation services for adults and children
Day Habilitation services provide meaningful daily activities and interaction to men and women with developmental disabilities. Through a variety of programs, adults and children with developmental disabilities take part in learning activities, vocational training and enjoyable pastimes.
Support Living Program
Supportive Housing – in which an individual leases his or her own apartment and receives services on an as-needed basis either in person or through phone contact up to a total of 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
This program offers exceptional personalized supportive care and comprehensive care options for adults. CCG Inc’s supportive housing program is a wonderful alternative to traditional assisted living – where care and lifestyle are personalized to meet specific needs and emphasize each individual’s interests and abilities.
